How To Remove a User from an Account in SecureSync®

From the main SecureSync menu select Authorization > Search Users.

First | Previous | Next | Last

Enter the search criteria and Select Search.

Select the user name to view the user's detailed information.

First | Previous | Next | Last

Click on the Account hyperlink. (You will be able to select “All Accounts" on the next screen.)

Upon completion select Submit

Select the Account(s) that you would like to remove the user from and click Submit.

(You also have the option to Select All Accounts)

The confirmation page shows that the user was successfully removed from the
accounts(s).

A confirmation email will be sent to the requestor.

The impacted user will only receive a confirmation email if the requestor was unable to completely remove the user from the account. The confirmation email will contain the updated authorization.
